I can­not pos­si­bly express how much fun our Book Club Gone Wrong (but not in restau­rant choice) had last night.  You tended to our every need and the food was deli­cious.  Every­one was very impressed & we all agreed that we want to return to Othello’s as often as possible. 

We hope our joy in being together wasn’t over­whelm­ing for the other din­ner guests. 

Ali, our server, was absolutely the BEST in all the years we’ve met.  She was there if needed, but allowed us our con­ver­sa­tion.  One woman’s hus­band has just died; another’s mother.  So among times of sad dis­cus­sion and fun over the dif­fer­ence between Avatar and Avodart…she was totally sen­si­tive and smart about our service.

 We want to thank you for a won­der­ful begin­ning to our new year.  We will be shar­ing the excel­lence at Othello’s with our friends and fam­i­lies.  We look for­ward to see­ing you again very soon.

Thank you for what you are doing to make Nor­man the best it can be.  Your atten­tion to your patrons really makes a pos­i­tive difference. 

Thank you, too, for the “early order” of pork chops & salad.  Funny though…she didn’t end up leav­ing early after all because she said she was just hav­ing too much fun.  I also appre­ci­ated the timely responses to my e-mails when mak­ing the reser­va­tions.  Thanks for all!
